Introducing a specialised Karate Program (C) designed for children aged four & five years old.

� Parents we involve you in the development of your child by assisting in the session, with the Sensei Bruce Hyland 6th Dan

By the end of the program, your child will have learned basic Karate terminology as well as basic karate punches, kicks, blocks, and moves while having lots of fun. Mums and Dads may view the class with knowledge that their child is taking their first steps to independence as well as improving their confidence ready to start school life.

Kata is one of the two disciplines Ishinryu excells we have had champions at state level, our monthly ISHINRYU squad training is conducted by Sensei Stuart Kaighin 4th Dan former State Kata Coach and 15 times State representative.(Pictured Sensei Stuart, Sensei Ticky)

TEAM ISHINRYU KUMITE

Kumite/sparring is the second discipline of Ishinryu we have been producing CHAMPIONS at International-National-State level since 1975, our monthly Ishinryu squad is conducted by two coaches Sensei Paul Hughes 3rd Dan International-National Champion(pictured with Ishinryu founder SenseiTicky Donavan 9th Dan), Sensei Peter Hollowoood 3rd Dan 3 X National Champion (pictured)they are both mentored by Sensei Bruce Hyland 6th Dan former National Kumite Coach and current Head Kumite Coach, Karate Victoria.

SENSEI & SEMPAI TRAINING

2nd friday of each month 8.00pm

Sensei & Sempai training is held monthly for both the Sensei's and Sempai's of ISHINRYU AUSTRALIA. All the Sensei's have the highest level of coaching acreditation. The Sensei's, Sempai's and student's of Ishinryu Australia are mentored at regular grading's, training seminar's, training camps and monthly ishinryu syllabus and advanced training methods by Sensei'Bruce Hyland 6th Dan, Level 3 Gold Elite Coach, Victorian Head Kumite Coach and former National Kumite Coach. All the Sensei's, Sempai's and students of Ishinryu Australia attend training seminar's conducted by some of the World's leading Ishinryu Instructor's(Sensei Greg Francis 5th Dan 2008 & Sensei Lee Smith 4th Dan 2009) in 2010 the founder of ISHINRYU KARATE Sensei Ticky Donovan 9th Dan will be conducting a training seminar for all students of ISHINRYU KARATE in Australia.
